Nick Ferrari leaves ITV This Morning host stunned as he walks off set | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

This Morning was brought to an abrupt halt when Nick Ferrari walked off the ITV set.

The radio host, 65, joined hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard on Tuesday’s (January 21) edition of the show, where the group discussed whether they thought the need to go to the toilet was contagious.

The debate took place during the discussion topics section of This Morning’s View, where Sayeeda Warsi also sat with the trio.

During the conversation, it was claimed that a person usually follows their partner if they go to the toilet at a petrol station after coming off a motorway.

“Of course it’s contagious. But Nick doesn’t seem to have those urges,” Sayeeda said. “So clearly he has evolved far beyond this…”

But the LBC radio host downed some water, saying: “Oh actually… I might have had a little bit too much.”

As Nick rose from his chair, he told his co-stars: “I’ve got to go. I’ve got to go, I’m serious.”

Cat looked shocked as she replied, “What? Are you?”

Nick put his leg on the chair and added: “It’s a huge fight. I’ve got to wear these bloody things – long johns because I’m riding a motorbike!”

The presenter then shook everyone’s hand before exiting the set and going to the bathroom.

“Thank you so much and I’m going to the bathroom!” Nick said as he left.

Earlier in the segment, Nick made an X-rated confession as the group discussed the pros and cons of working from home versus the office.

Ben explained that 28 per cent of those working in the UK are now hybrids, while 48 per cent still travel for work.

Nick admitted: “I would never have had a date if I hadn’t gone to the workplace. I wouldn’t have met the mother of my children. I wouldn’t have met my fiancee!”

He added: “I would never have had sex! Which is possibly a good thing.”

Ben replied, “In the office?!” as Nick joked, “Well… Maybe the one…”
