Report: Eagles Mister Assisting Offensive Line Trainer to Holy

Ever since it became New Orleans Saints‘New head coach, former Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore has not been shy to target members of Nick Siriannis Coaching staff. And now we know that at least one Eagles assistant will follow Moore down to Nawlins.

Eagles Mister Run -Spil Specialist/Assistant Offensive Line TJ Paganetti to the Saints, according to a Report from Nick Underhill.

From me who writes this phrase, it is not yet clear what Paganetti’s new title will be.

After starting his coaching career in Oregon, Paganetti joined Eagles as part of Chip Kelly’s original staff in 2013. A snapshot of his coaching experience since then:

2013-2014-EAGLES Analyst (violation and quarterbacks)
2015-2016-OREGON GRADUATE ASSISTANT/LINEBACKERS COACH
2017-2018-EAGLES OFFENSIVE QUALITY CONTROL/ASSISTRY OFFENSIVE LINE TRAINER
2019-2020-EAGLES ASSISTANT RUNNING BACKS COACH
2021-2022-EAGLES OFFENSIVE Quality Control Trainer
2023 – Eagles Run Game Specialist/Assistant Tight Ends Coach
2024 – Eagles Run Game Specialist/Assistant Offensive Line Coach

Paganetti, a two-time Super Bowl Champion, clearly has experience working with the legendary Eagle’s offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland. With the saints who were unable to hire the stout, they went instead of one of his proteges.

In other news, Underhill reports That the Eagles Quarterbacks trainer “Doug Nussmeier is the favorite to be the holy offensive coordinator.” This mood comes as no surprise, as Nussmeier has been considered to follow Moore to New Orleans for a promotion. As Nussmeier is the favorite of OC and Brandon Staley reportedly the favorite of defensive coordinator, Eagles may be able to preserve Jemal Singleton and Christian Parker.

But it seems that Paganetti and Nussmeier will be on their way out the door.
