At least 20 people have died and dozens were wounded overnight after Russian strikes in UkraineWhen Kyiv argued that the Kremlin’s war target is “unchanged” despite pressure from the United States to resolve the conflict quickly.

European leaders – and other global powers – gather to sort what is next for Kiev, with high -level lectures planned in the coming days.
