Emily Pike, Arizona Missing Teen, found dismantled near Globe, AZ; Her family, part of San Carlos Apache Tribe, seeking justice

Gila County, Ariz. And A Society in Arizona was gathered Thursday to remember 14-year-old Emily Pike.

Police said Pike lived in a group home in Mesa when she was reported missing, ABC15 Arizona reported.

On Valentine’s Day, she was found burnt down from Highway 60, northeast of Globe.

A week after the authorities identified her leftovers, hundreds came out to meet Az Church for a prayer guard.

Many, like Pike’s family, which is part of the San Carlos Apache tribe, traveled to the valley.

Gila County Sheriff’s Office said this week that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is involved in the case and they have prospects.

Brad Garrett is a former FBI agent. He is now a crime and terror analyst for ABC.

“Obviously, a terrible crime was committed against her. So what happened, she ended up with someone who killed her. And then movement is really important,” Garrett said. “Fortunately, because you’ve got county police and federal agents working on the matter, they can tackle these things much faster because labor is there. And if technology is to be needed, they will do too.”

As the study plays out, organizers and leaders on Thursday’s vigilance have worked and called for change.

Pike’s family, with so many behind him, pushes for justice.

“We don’t know at this point, you know who’s responsible, but I know they messed with the wrong people. We won’t be quiet. This will not – we will have justice and we will not be quiet until we get it,” said alyssa dosela, Pikes Aunt.

Gila County Sheriff’s Office did not immediately respond to a request for an update.
