Patriot League Men’s Basketball -Kvartfinale Round Recap presented by Penfed Credit Union (3.6.25)

Washington – No. 1 Bucknell, No. 2 American, No. 3 Colgate and No. 5 Navy went on to Sunday’s semi -final round in 2025 Penfed Credit Union Patriot League -men’s basketball championship.

The top seed bison exceeded No. 8 Loyola Maryland 76-72 in Overtime, and No. 5 Navy Reduced No. 4 Boston University 86-78. No. 1 Bucknell hosts No. 5 Navy in Sunday’s semi -final round, with live covering beginning at noon at the CBS Sports Network. Jason Knapp and Mo Cassara will be on the call where Keiana Martin reports from the sidelines.

No. 2 American held No. 7 Lafayette, 71-69, and No. 3 Colgate defeated No. 6 Army West Point, 84-55, to move on to the semi-final round for the eighth of just season. Chris Lewis will handle play-by-play, and three DOPS will provide analysis of CBS Sports Network broadcast from 7 p.m. 14.00

*Williamson, The Patriot League Player of the Year, recorded a double-double with game heights of 21 points and 10 rebounds.
*Bascoe spoke 20 points, eight rebounds and six assists to the bison, while senior guard Elvin Edmonds IV added 10 points.
*Bascoe and Edmonds IV scored the bison’s first 14 points to help build a 17-point first half lead before Loyola Maryland replied.
*Sophomore guards Jacob Theodosiou and Jordan Steemke ended with 17 and 14 points respectively, which helped Greyhounds cut the deficit to three points at the break before trade leads six times with the bison in the second half.
*Styemke ended with a team high nine boards, while senior fronts Milos Ilic added 13 points and eight rebounds to help Loyola Maryland hold a 38-31 benefit on the glass.

*Jones scored nine of his team mounds 17 points in the second half to help Eagles overcome an 11-point half-time deficit. Jones shot 3-of-4 beyond the arch, and AU connected 7-of-11 from 3-point reach after the break.
*Master’s student Lincoln Ball scored a career hill 13 points and added six rebounds, including three offensive rebounds in the 2nd half, all resulting in Eagles Point.
*Sophomore tip Matt Mayock added 10 points, while senior guards Elijah Stephens contributed eight points and five assists for American.
*Lafayette-Nybstejervagt Alex Chaikin scored a career hill 29 points on 10-of-13 shooting from the floor, including 8-of-10 from distance. He hit five 3-Pointers in the second half.
*Senior Center Justin Vander Baan ended with 14 points, six rebounds, five assists and five blocked shots, and Sophomore Fremad Andrew Phillips contributed 12 points and six boards to the leopards.

*Cox joined all three of its 3-point attempts and added a game-high six assists and five rebounds.
*Senior Guards Chandler Baker and Nicolas Louis-Jacques scored 13 and 12 points respectively. Louis-Jacques connected to 4-of-8 beyond the arch to a Colgate team that ended 12-of-26 from distance.
