Cavaliers are dependent on scoring balance to beat Bucks 112-100 for 14. Victory in a row

MILWAUKEE-MAX STRUS had 17 points to lead a balanced scoring attack when the NBA-leading Cleveland Cavaliers defeated Milwaukee Bucks 112-100 Sunday night for their 14. Victory in a row.

Cavs just became the second team that won 14 straight while scoring at least 110 points in each of these games. The only second time that happened was in 1986 when Boston Celtics did it on the way to win a title.

Milwaukees Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 30 points and moved into 50th place on NBA’s career scoring list. He increased his career in total to 20,077 to pass Tom Chambers, scoring 20,049 from 1981-98.

Damian Lillard added 22 points for Bucks who played another right night after Loses 111-109 Home to Orlando Magic Saturday.

Donovan Mitchell had 15 points for Cleveland. Darius Garland and Evan Mobley added 13 each, while Jarret Allen had 11.

Cavs took the lead too well with 4:15 back in the first quarter and withdrew by walking on a 13-0 race that started with approx. 8½ minutes left.
