And celebration. Then we give it a unified character on a scale of 1-5 Robert Horrys, named after the patron saint for the last second answered beans.

Kawhi Leonard is no stranger to a friendly rejection.

One of the six-time All-Star’s most iconic moments came in 2019 when Leonard left everyone stunned with one of the most memorable Summer Beaters in the NBA history. In Games 7 in the Eastern Conference Semi -Final Stunned Kawhi 76s and sent his raptors to East Finals with a corner barrels that jumped four times on the edge before finally fell. The shot triggered Raptors, who continued to win their first NBA title and earn Kawhi his second ring.

So it was no surprise Sunday when Leonard again used a soft edge to save Clippers 111-110 in OT. Down one with 22 seconds back, Leonard decided to put the game in his hands-and delivered, get into the field and hit a left-handed shot over several defenders, while, yes, get the friendly rejection. His shot jumped out of his back, then spinning towards the front of the edge, where it jumped lightly before it fell down for the victory.

Game Situation: Clippers and Kings both participated in Sunday’s competition in that each win is crucial to securing postal season in the loaded vest. Clippers started the night eighth in the position, with Sacramento just behind him in the ninth. With just over a month left in the regular season, there is still time to climb out of the play-in tournament, which may explain the intense atmosphere of the Intuit Dome on Sunday. In a game that contained 23 lead changes, Kings had a chance to win in regulation, but Zach Lavine did not get a friendly rejection of his own when he saw his fadeaway at the buzzer clan of the iron and out of the front edge, which set up the ot -heroic.

In OT, it continued back and forth match, where DeMar Derozan gave the Kings lead with a couple of free kicks with 21.6 seconds left. Leonard had fought all night to find his shot to the point, go 6-for-18 from the field and hit only 1-of-7 from 3-point reach. But nothing would prevent him from taking the last shot and he would obviously not leave any room for another ot.

DIFFICULTY: The piece was not overly complicated. It’s a shot we’ve seen Kawhi do over and over again. Leonard matched against Keegan Murray, letting the clock crossed down to six seconds before backing the paint, then turning left to get around Murray and Loft A left-sided floats over the onrush 7-foot Jonas Valančiūnas.

The ball jumped twice before falling through the net and sent Clippers fans home with a memorable victory.

PARTY: Kawhi, not exactly known for his enthusiasm, immediately pumped the fist before brushing past Bogdan Bogdanovic to run into Backcourt, where his bench teammates waited to celebrate with the hero. James Harden joined the little crumb to draw a huge smile and from Kawhi, and the couple embraced for a moment of pure joy.

DEGREE: The shot was not a game 7 winner in the playoffs, but it could go down as one of Kawhi’s more memorable moments in his time with Clippers. The game winner sent Clippers to their third equal victory and could give them a boost in their hunt for a quay after the season. With every competition that means so much now in the playoffs, Kawhi’s soft touch and two friendly HOPP may be exactly what Clippers needs to turn their up-and-down season. 3 1/2 horrors.
