Countryfile’s Matt Baker Interupts Show to publish ‘Special’ message | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

BBC Countryfilehost Matt Baker was back on Sunday night, and only minutes into the program he published a “special” message. The TV star informed the viewers that he became a brand new program manager – Vick Hope.

The episode saw Vick participating in Matt Baker on his first task to explore Kielder Forest in Northumberland. The duo discovered how this huge wilderness is being reimbursed for the future, ensuring a thriving habitat for wildlife and improving the life of the local community.

Vick also joined the team in the Kielder Salmon Center and got a good experience with a crucial task – the collection of young freshwater pearl mussels.

When he started the show, Matt explained, “We’ve got a special episode for you today. I’m in the largest man -made forest in England and exploring it with me is Countryfile’s latest program manager, Vick Hope.”

Vick embraced Matt hot hot as he continued, “Vick, liked to see you in the woods.”

“Who would have thought so,” Vick said, before adding, “I’m so excited to be here, not only because it’s my old stomping soil as it is yours, but today I learn how I can help maintain a very rare species.”

Fans were also excited to see Vick on Countryfile, with a comment of X: “New program manager FAB #Countryfile.”

Another replied: “DJ Calvin Harris’ Missus. #Countryfile.”

When she discussed how she felt about joining the Countryfile team, Vick shared: “I am very pleased to become a member of the country’s team – spending time in nature has always been extremely important to me, so the chance to learn more and more about the world around us from such beautifully different perspectives and such a passionate blend of people living and breathing the country of life will be so special.

“I did not grow up too far from Kielder Forest, who is here, my first movie will take place, and have fond memories of orientation there as a child;

Elsewhere in the episode, Adam Henson explored the use of Woodland on the farm to graze livestock and benefit wildlife.
